As a child, Michael White loved pizza. So when he grew up to become a chef, he decided to focus his menu at one of his New York based brands, Nicoletta, on his first favorite dish.

The team at Nicoletta Pizzeria hand-toss pizzas like the Campanaccio—a pie featuring mushrooms, mozzarella, fennel sausage, and garlic oil—and the Funghi with roasted wild mushrooms and porcini marsala crema. When they're not serving Calabrese pizzas with homemade fennel sausage, they let patrons design their own pizzas from a list of artisanal ingredients

The staff recommends everyone end their meal with a soft-serve gelato sundae after a lush serving of mozzarella fritters or baked Neapolitan meatballs. They complete their menu with gluten-free pizza crusts and chicken wings glazed in spicy honey and calabrian chili-glazed.
