The Hawaiian dish typically places slices of tuna, salmon, or other fish into a bowl of mixed ingredients and sauces. Visitors can order their poke in pre-designed varieties such as the Shell Life—which features lobster salad, sweet onions, avocados, and wasabi shayu dressing—or they can customize their own bowl with their choice of ingredients. The culinary team at Poke Chan prides itself on using sustainably sourced seafood from all over the globe, and also offers vegan and vegetarian options.
