Rise Dance Studios’ team of expert instructors leads students of all ages through dance, fitness, and acrobatics classes. These classes introduce children as young as 2 to ballet, tap, and jazz dancing. For those with more niche dance interests, Rise offers hip-hop, contemporary, pointe, acro, and musical-theater classes. Instructors also lead adults through dance-oriented fitness classes, including Zumba classes that use dance techniques alongside pop and hip-hop beats to develop strength and flexibility. Rise's competitive team won the Overall Studio Choreography Award at the Groove National Dance Competition in 2015.
