What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer customized Photo Shoots, Balloon Decorations, Characters like Santa Clause, Easter Bunny and more! We deliver and set-up right at any respectable location in the tristate area. We can do backdrops with your name on it, Balloon Centerpieces, Balloon Arches and loose balloons!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started my business for three reasons; 1st, there were no companies that I could find who delivered balloons so I did not have to hassle in a car. 2nd , most companies that I was calling for event planning services had horrible customer service. 3rd, I wanted to hire youth and teach a trade.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about my job is that we get to make people enjoy life just a little more. We bring people together, we make life less stressful, and we make people smile from their heart so you know it is authentic!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction we have gotten from a customer is them crying (tears of Happiness-- that is!) because their event went well beyond what they could ever ask or think it would go.
