Having mastered high-performance body-sculpting techniques, Keith and Blake Robbins—the KBR in KBR Lifestyles—decided they wanted to help others do the same. They started training clients independently in their homes and parks and eventually became personal trainers, helping actors and actresses whip into shape for upcoming roles. Now armed with over ten years of fitness experience, the duo aims help clients overhaul their lifestyle to attain success. Along with personal training, KBR works one-on-one with clients of all fitness levels using group training, high-intensity cross-training, and physical therapy to help inject fitness into their daily lives.

In addition to training, KBR Lifestyles has also expanded into meal plans with KBR: Fit & Healthy Meals 2 Go. Each plan—full of properly-portioned, nutritionally-balanced meals—is created by a certified nutritionist after a thorough consultation which each client. The convenient meals are then prepared by culinary experts and delivered directly to clients' doorsteps. The extensive menu includes both kids' and vegetarian options.
