What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Authenticity. Just 5 years ago I was very overweight at 315 lbs. After losing 120 lbs, I have lived the intrinsic and extrinsic transformation that so many are looking for. This first hand experience gives me a deeper understanding of the goals my clients wish to attain.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep my clients motivated by maximizing the time of each workout and tracking progress week to week. I prefer to utilize compound multi joint movements to optimally and safely progress each workout. Not a minute is wasted and my clients leave feeling refreshed and energized.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My own transformation inspired me to help others. I firmly believe that if I can transform anyone can, by utilizing a sound nutrition regimen, safe but intense training regimen, and lastly commitment! I'll bring the plans,you bring the commitment!
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most are my client milestones. Receiving text messages of new drops in weight loss, or wearing a dress or outfit that they have not fit into in years. Or just being able to spend the entire day walking with their family at a theme park. These are the best rewards of my profession!
