What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Fitness Plus Therapeutic Recreation Center. We are a small and intimate gym that offers up to date and well maintained cardio and strength equipment. We focus on clients who are transitioning from traditional rehabilitation (I.e., physical therapy, occupational therapy, and chiropractic therapy).

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Professional staff that will help keep members motivated and educated. Personal trainers, educated Kinesiotherapist, as well as Physical Therapy Assistant.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our inspiration started in undergrad going through our exercise science/ kinesiotherapy program. At a young age we as friends decided we wanted to open a facility that will aid in helping, motivating, and educating clients. Seven years later our dreams is a reality.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping others, seeing their progression, and gaining friendships with our clients.
