Hi Angela, I was just giving my honest opinion about the facial. I’m not upset at all about it, it was a very nice facial what I meant by rough was when you massaged it was a little hard and fast, it’s not a big deal and my husband would probably like that. I didn’t know bringing my teenage son who’s homeschooled would be an issue. My apologies
