Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Watch for their strengths and push them to work with those to achieve new goals every time!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Not everyone loves to RUN, LIFT, DO BARRE or SPIN (though we have great options for those at Pulse Newport and Bellevue Barre) ~~ so we added rowing cardio to the mix. Intense for all, but do-able for all as well.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people sweat and smile as they walk out the door.
