Pete's Puddle, Burrton

More than half of Pete's Puddle's 160 acres of land is covered by water. That equates to 85 acres of ponds, lakes, and creeks perfect for traversing by boat. Thirty of those ponds are stocked with fish; ponds intended for swimming, meanwhile, invite visitors to splash around or laze on the beach. And whether you're visiting Pete's for a day or setting up at one its campsites for a week, there are plenty of other activities to keep you entertained. Hike the many wooded trails that wind around the lakes, take your ATV out for a jaunt, or participate in one of the summer's special events. At night, families and friends can gather by a campfire to roast s'mores or listen to a live band playing under the stars.
