What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a Ladies Only Fitness Program. Although we instruct the Insanity Live Classes, we also focus on the spiritual direction of our participants. Our goal is to not only help improve our clients' bodies but also self perception.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep our clients motivated through music, affirmations, and peer support.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My friends and family was my inspiration to start Forte Fitness FL. There were so many people that I personally knew were looking for a fitness class and community that was noncompetetive and also had an inward focus that I felt compelled to provide just that.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about my job is seeing women transform not only their bodies but their mindset, as well.
