Chicago Bears legend Gale Sayers never lets up. Having racked up countless accolades in his football career, including enshrinement in the NFL Hall of Fame and making grown men cry with biopic Brian's Song, he could have just retired. But after his running back days, Sayers became a computer entrepreneur and funneled his success into founding the Gale Sayers Center. With a mission of motivation, education, and inspiration, the organization strives to modernize underfunded schools with the financial support and technology that help boost academic results. The center offers after-school and public speaking programs to prepare students for college and careers, and mentoring and motivating sessions with local leaders to encourage youth to aim high.
