NuFitness is a private gym studio sharing healthy perspective and fitness knowledge. You can experience a whole new healthy life style while following our training program. The training is focusing on muscle build up and fat burning instead of traditional way of dropping weight during the exercise.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients always keep their motivation by keep tracking on how much percentage of muscle they gain and how much pure fat they burn.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our goal is to help people to achieve their ideal body image in an effective way by following the right training knowledge. We believe that perfect healthy body shape does not only exist on the magazine pictures.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being as a workout trainer because I like helping people to achieve their ideal body image by training them the right knowledge of nutrition plan, workout routine, and diet guidance. Everyone's body composition is different and should get individual training system.
