Yoga's not exactly a team sport, but HOME Yoga founder Kristin Olson loves collaborating with others. She trained with well-known yogi Natasha Rizopoulos and, today, Olson herself trains teachers-to-be focusing on alignment and intelligent sequences.

Olson and her instructors teach the YogaWorks method, which combines elements of Ashtanga yoga, focused on synchronizing breath with movement, and Iyengar yoga, which is more concerned with alignment. Throughout three levels of classes, they build a safe and focused environment by designing careful sequences taught with precise instructions. Even kids can get in on the fun with themed birthday parties age-appropriate classes that emphasize that students won't actually be transformed into a cobra or an eagle.
