We offer barre based classes lead by instructors trained in anatomy and physiology with a true understanding of how the body moves and works. We are the original barre based class and the only one using a physical therapist to ensure safety and intended muscle engagement.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The Bar Method has a unique approach to fitness and wellness to keep one fit, healthy, and doing activities they love. I couldn’t resist making it my life’s work to show people how to really work out effectively!. We are one of a kind with proven results!

What do you love most about your job? I am excited to continue to cultivate a community where people can come together, free of judgement, and get their best possible workout.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? I love those lightbulb moments in class when a client truly “gets” a position they’ve been practicing, and they feel the burn and its effectiveness in a whole new way!
