This kickboxing class was amazing. It is not an exercise class but real martial arts. I learned proper form for my kicks, strikes, and great self defense tactics. The facility is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and the instructors are extremely knowledable. I was thrilled when a Groupon became available.
