1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? ​
Here at CrossFit 588, our goal is to provide the highest level of coaching possible to give you the best results. ​
We offer unlimited classes for $100 a month, and $10 for a drop in class. CrossFit 588 is a brand new facility with all new equipment - come check us out and join the CrossFit 588 family! ​​
​All of our coaches are certified CrossFit trainers, passionate about what they do, and here to help you achieve your fitness goals. ​
Our workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. ​
2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? ​
I've been passionate about CrossFit for years now, and have competed in many regional CrossFit competitions and developed lasting friendships. I want to share the ways that CrossFit has helped me achieve my fitness goals, and create a community of people that support and cheer on one another as we work to be better than we were yesterday. ​
3. What do you love most about your job? ​
I love helping others like CrossFit has helped me. The strong sense of family and community at CrossFit 588 keep me hard-working and motivated, and I am excited to watch the CrossFit 588 family grow!
