TipTop's athletes begin to see immediate results and develop relationships with our participants and trainers. There is no nothing routine about our programs, as each session consists of different activities that keeps you guessing and separates us from the crowd! Ask about our private sessions!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The company's founder, Mindee Epstein has worked with professional athletes in Chicago and around the county. Our staff and our athletes maintain our inspiration from seeing the success of our alumni that come back to visit us and to tell how TipTop has been instrumental in achieving their goals!
