The Pilates Centre, Norwalk

The Pilates Centre takes the original fitness methods first developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1930s, and gives them a modern twist. Instead of the classic exercise of flat back and tucked pelvis, owner Jennifer Mongeluzo leads a team of certified instructors in teaching this regimen with a "neutral pelvis," allowing clients to move in accordance with the natural curvature of the spine. Through this curriculum, Jennifer and her staff aim to improve clients' athletic performance as well as rehabilitate their chronic injuries.
