What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Classes are taught live by industry experts. Bringing humor and real-life stories into the class makes learning fun! Students learn far more than they need to pass the state exam: The "tricks-of-the-trade" and how to succeed in today's market. We are the only real estate school with job placement services. Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?

Pencil and paper for taking notes. A PowerPoint of entire course is provided. Books are available at an additional cost.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

After more than 20 years of selling real estate, I realized that I had an inner passion for teaching others real estate. I've found learning is most effective when having fun. Aside from teaching you how to pass the state's exam, I will prepare you to succeed in the real estate industry.

What do you love most about your job?

I love making the learning process fun! Nothing is better than seeing the look on a student's face when the light finally goes on in their heads and they understand the concepts. I enjoy getting phone calls and emails from my students after they've passed the state exam on their first try.
