We use our own combination of martial arts and traditional crossfit workouts to deliver a fun and varied experience every time. We focus on something new each time so no two classes are the same! Learn how to defend yourself while building confidence and strength.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I guarantee you will feel great...at least a few days after being really sore! These workouts will definitely leave you feeling motivated because you know you have worked your butt off to get through the class!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With over 15 years of teaching and training experience, the program is a natural evolution of martial arts training. We must be prepared not only physically, but mentally to be the best version of ourselves. This class will help you beat your body into submission and achieve your goals!

What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE seeing people change before my eyes. Ive seen jiu jitsu students lose 25 pounds in a month with no diets at all. The lifestyle change lasts a lifetime!
