What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a full service computer repair store. ANY computer issues you have we can fix. We are a no gimmick type business there are no add-ons for data back up or antivirus. We are honest, up front, and charge for all inclusive work.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
to change the way consumers view computer stores. To help the average computer user be able to use their computer (or any other device) with ease and be able to grow and learn with new technology.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help our customers to use their devices that seem very complicated or impossible to fix
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Older couple had a computer just for their grand kids, after a complete restoration they were able to use their computer daily and weren't confused anymore about how computers work, or being too afraid to try.
