What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Being healthy and fit are the foundations of happiness. With more than 15 years experience in personal training as well as athletic strength and conditioning, FitLAB has helped dozens of clients become the best version of themselves.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Drudgery and boredom are the quickest ways to lose motivation when it comes to working out. Who wants to feel like they spent an hour on a giant hamster wheel? Our programs are sure to keep you engaged, foster healthy competitive spirit and keep you accountable both to your trainer and to yourself!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've been an athlete, coach and fitness fan my whole life, but I know personally how tough it can be to juggle the stresses of life while trying to sort through all of the terrible "quick fix" nutrition and workout advice on the web. That's why I'm here; I figure that stuff out so you don't have to.

What do you love most about your job?
There's no better feeling than helping someone reach a goal they never thought they could achieve. Whether it's losing 50 pounds (or the last stubborn 10), doing a 1st deadlift (or pulling 2x body weight,) or getting into a favorite little black dress, we thrive on helping clients smash their goals.
