Were one of 3 gym's in California with a world class trainer and the home of 5 time World Champ Nonito Donaire Jr. All of our trainers have all been top amateur or professional boxing Champions. All of the trainers have a deep background in teaching, strength and condition in bay area schools.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Relax, have confidence in your own abilities. It's important to work at your own pace, so that you can have a clear mind to learn in a fun and stress free environment. It's OK to take your time, slow everything down so you can learn your technique thoroughly.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To inspire people to have fun while learning how to defend them self's with a healthy mind , body and spirit.
