I love this lifestyle. It’s amazing to see what we can accomplish when we challenge ourselves. I try to challenge myself mentally and physically everyday. I’m always learning new things and adapting them into my lifestyle. And I’d love to share them with you. I spent 8 amazing, intense years in the United States Marine Corps before becoming certified as a trainer. I am married to an active duty Marine who also assists me with training from time to time. I started competing in the National Physique Committee one year after having my son when my husband Alex was deployed. I guess you can say I was made for bodybuilding because I have been placing in the top 5 ever competition so far. My husband has hit the ground running since returning from deployment and has done very well in the NPC as well.
