What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Feedback comes in many forms, I love the feedback that goes beyond words. The shine in someone's eye when they see themselves as others do, the smile on the face of someone who falls in love with themselves or family all over again. The spirit of a person touched is that of true praise.
