The instructors at Beyond Yoga encourage awareness of the body on a physical, mental, and spiritual level through yoga classes for participants of all levels. The classes blend elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga styles, with content that varies with the time of day—morning classes prepare clients for the day ahead and evening classes help guests unwind and get over their fear of the moon. On certain weekday mornings, instructors lead sessions on a rooftop patio amid an inspiring combination of sunshine and skyline.
