New Direction School was born out of a passion to teach in creative ways, to lead the students to their success. For 15 years, Bruno Quintela has been involved in Real Estate in several capacities. As an Investor, as Mentor, as a Realtor, etc... More recently, was challenged to become a Real Estate Instructor for Pre-Licensing and found a passion in it. He discovered that through this type of education, he could help more people making educated decisions about investing and dealing with others in a Real Estate transaction. The goal originally was to make sure agents understood how to deal with Investors. The goal now, due to the classroom experience, is to help every student reach their goals, whether it is licensing or investing. And through Bruno's unique approach to teaching which is mainly based on a fun and interactive environment, students get to participate and relate to the stories and examples.
