A family owned business where customer satisfaction is the first priority. No job is done until the customer is happy and satisfied. We offer competitive prices, and are quick to respond to calls. We are multi lingual as well and are happy to work with any and all customers.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We absolutely love locks, knowledge seemed very easy to obtain and customer service was our specialty. Anything and everything about locks was fascinating and is the best career we could wish on ourselves.

What do you love most about your job?
The knowledge that comes with locksmith career, and most of all the satisfaction of the customer and the end result where one can step back and can lay eyes upon which he or she created, fixed, upgraded, or replaced.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Word for word "I will request you personally, and if some one else comes I will not come to the company" a police officer was very happy to know that I came five minutes early then promised. Made him very happy and was happy to know he would only want me personally.
