At AD Fitness, our personal training team offers 1-on-1 personal training and one of a kind boot camp programs, so that you can enjoy a different workout everyday. Jump-Start your transformation and shed those unwanted pounds with our unique and challenging program in a gym designed for PT!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
At AD Fitness, our program is hands on and we are there with our clients every step of the way. Monitoring measurements, Body fat, weight and taking pictures of our clients are some of the ways we motivate them through results!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Growing up in a family of fitness and gym owners, I wanted to bring something better to the fitness industry. I started AD Fitness to bring an elite program that yields results in an environment where people don't need to feel uncomfortable anymore.

What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing how effective the program is and being able to help people physically and emotionally! People come into the program with a goal and nothing is more satisfying than seeing an individual reach that goal!
