What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have over 10 years or personal training experience. I played Division I college footbalI, a year over in Europe, and a short period of time in the AFL. I create strength and diet plans for every single one of my clients. I live for fitness and I love to share my knowledge with everyone.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I am a very upbeat person and have a passion for training people. A healthy lifestyle is very important. I believe fitness is the key to unlocking happiness.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always had a passion for fitness. I grew up around football. My dad played in the NFL for a couple years so naturally I was drawn to the sport.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to help people. What better way to do that than to help people live a healthy and happy lifestyle.
