The mission of Lord's Gym Oroville goes well beyond simply getting folks in shape. Yes, there are plenty of ways to improve cardio fitness and lose weight, with row upon row of treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, weight machines, and free weights, as well as Zumba classes set to Latin rhythms and personal training that creates a custom workout and nutrition routine. But there's much more; the nonprofit gym offers a place for young people to receive mentorship and have fun without the need for drugs or alcohol, and the gym supports the Father's House Church's ministries, which include feeding the less fortunate and addiction treatment.
