They can pack a big workout in just 45 minutes - working cardio and strength. The class times are convenient, the instructors correct you when you're doing a movement incorrectly to prevent injury, and the workout is different every time, so that your muscles never get a chance to be 'lazy' and get used to a particular routine. I really like this place. The only thing that I find a bit hard to take is the volume of the music.
