We combine high-intensity interval trainings in a group setting, led by a certified instructor. The classes are designed to give you maximum burn in a short, upbeat 40-minute session. A safe environment to help you reach your fitness goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our fitness camps keep the individual in mind as well as the group. We know not everyone is at the same fitness level so our routines include easily modified exercises keeping the beginner to the pro challenged and moving!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have a passion for helping clients obtain their fitness goals. We have been overweight ourselves so we can easily relate to the clients who have struggled with weight loss and the challenges associated with losing the extra pounds.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the growth within our clients! There is nothing more rewarding then seeing a client reach their goals and improve their lifestyle through fitness.
