What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We provide and excellent workout, and an extremely welcoming environment for every mom and every fitness level.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
It is a fun, moving, fairly fast paced class. We play fun upbeat music, we engage our children in several of the exercises. Whether it be little tickles or kisses for our babes, or fun peek-a-boos!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To create a sisterhood of moms that truly encourages and motivates each other on so many different levels. From fitness to personal lives, it's just nice to be a part of a community of healthy like minded people. That is what I want to create here in Panama City Beach.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new moms and their children! And, really helping them feel better about themselves. Everybody has different goals and struggles, and it's so rewarding being a part of their journeys.
