Boot-camp instructor Debbie Jones is a walking testament to the power of determination. She once weighed 181 pounds, so she empathizes with how difficult it can be to get into shape. But she also knows this difficulty often requires strong motivation to overcome it. At Fierce Body Boot Camp, she doles out motivation and encouragement to each of her students, guiding them through outdoor or indoor strength and endurance exercises.
