Here at High on Life Hypnosis we focus on our clients accomplishing their personal goals. We specialize in smoking cessation as well as working through issues such as weight loss, overcoming irrational fears and limiting beliefs.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have been a registered nurse for 7 years and found that using hypnosis has positive effects on physical and mental health.

What do you love most about your job?
I love when clients have dramatic life changing moments. That moment when I ask a client to connect with how they used to feel about an issue they've had for years and they just can't connect to it. The power of the human mind absolutely fascinates me!
