Great experience - I'm glad to find a studio near me that offers traditional Bikram Yoga! I'm a beginner to Bikram but was able to follow along thanks to the very clear instruction from Dana. Looking forward to going back tomorrow!

The heat flushes toxins and stretches the body so practitioners can perform poses like the half-moon, camel, and standing bow. Instructors help improve each pupil's poses so their bodies reap the benefits of hot yoga, including increased strength and flexibility, improved concentration and focus, a stronger immune system, and reduced blood pressure.
