Although the prices are reasonable, they are a little expensive vs a gym membership. However, the atmosphere and the teaching/coaching are far better at Greg's Fitness.

Do it and opt for the 2 months if it's still available! I hate gyms, I've tried 4 different gyms and can never stick with it and never enjoy it. The workouts at Greg's fly by and they're fantastic, but you can go at your own pace. The accountability of having to sign in really gets my butt out of bed to make it there too. I highly recommend it!

This IS the place to make your New Year's resolutions a reality. Get fit, loose weight, and gain muscle and endurance all at the same time. It's clean, the coaches are great, and this Groupon deal is dirt cheap.

Greg of Greg's Fitness is a lifelong athlete, having competed in sports such as hockey, soccer, track, and weightlifting . A Rutgers University alumnus with a degree in exercise science, Greg is also an ACE-certified personal trainer and an American College of Sports Medicine health fitness instructor. Armed with this knowledge and experience, he designs customized in-home workout plans tailored to the needs of each client and the noise tolerance of each downstairs neighbor. He also leads group boot camps, unveiling his personal training expertise in a group setting during which clients can burn up to 600 calories in an hour .
