Stephanie McPhail Charon was inspired to open Mind and Body Awakenings after a personal crisis in her own life. She found herself dealing with a difficult breakup, health issues, and the death of a family member all in a short period of time, and she started looking for answers on how to bring some healing back to her life.

Stephanie discovered a variety of wellness techniques that worked for her, and she now shares those with others at Mind and Body Awakenings: transformational coaching, nutritional counseling, reiki, massage, and more. Along with her experienced staff, Stephanie helps clients achieve more vibrant health and greater overall resilience.
