With StretchFit RI you're able to workout in the convenience of your own home or at one of our on-site locations. Yet, what truly sets us apart is the Ki-Hara Method; which combines a multitude of fitness modalities creating a complete program designed specifically for you & your goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Aside from creating a friendly and engaging environment for our clients to learn about their bodies, I'd say it's the results that keep people motivated to continue their workout programs.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was inspired to start StretchFit RI after completing my training in the Ki-Hara Method with the desire to spread the work I personally benefited while rehabilitating my knee from surgery.

What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help others feel better in their bodies, move more efficiently, and guiding people on the right path to achieving their goals.
