What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Prior to owning my own business I previously worked in the same field for someone else. I saw on a regular bases customers being charged for sloppy, insufficient services. I enjoy my work and I want to provide a service that reflects what we are as a company. Affordable, friendly, and reliable

What do you love most about your job?
I have always been a people person. Being able to interact with customers and meet new people everyday is a big part of why I enjoy my work. Also, every job is different providing a unique challenge every time.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I have had a customer refer her entire family to my service. The customer acually wrote an email expressing how happy she was with the work I performed and the customer service skills i posessed. She thanked me for taking the time to explain the work I was doing and how it would benefit her.
