What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My business stands out from the competition because it is personalized. Being a small studio allows us to create a community and deliver closer attention to members so they feel like part of the group and not lost in the crowd or like just another number. Plus we have an amazing staff !

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep members motivated by embracing change and being innovative. At the studio we have a variety of classes and different equipment so there is something for everyone. We are also supportive of the members and we like to change up the routines to keep it fun for them.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration for this business is my passion for fitness and health. Last year during a difficult time, fitness helped to save my life and keep me happy. I want to foster a community that helps one another through challenges while staying fit and healthy.

What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that I can help. It is a great feeling when a client calls and says they are losing weight or that they had a bad week but working out with me made them feel better. Making a difference in people's lives is my motivation!
