What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I am diversely certified and have used my study, knowledge, training and experience to create over 10,000 training sessions and hundreds of programs. I have helped hundreds and continue to coach, teach and train clients with all levels of physical capabilities and goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
1. I'll do it with them! This will allow clients to see efficient movement and give them a push to keep going when the coach is going. 2. I Keep the movements and exercises new, fresh and always with a bit of humor involved.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To take others along with me on the journey to explore fitness and shatter the self imposed limits we put upon our capabilities.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching someone say, think and live by words such as "I can't, I'm not sure, I am not ready and I don't feel confident", into a person that simply says - "Bring it."
