The hot desert climate of Arizona may be a world away from the temperate forests of Bavaria, but during the Peoria Oktoberfest, they might as well be one and the same. This traditional German festival celebrates brats, beer, and the coming of autumn with a full slate of authentic food and drink. The Bier of course is brewed in Germany and choices include the traditional Oktoberfest Bier, Pilsner Dunkel (dark) and Koenig Ludwig’s award winning Hefeweizen.
