Q&A with Rhiannon, Teacher
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
The idea is to enjoy the beauty of nature while connecting to the beauty within—bliss in every moment.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
No. The idea is to love where you are and who you are. Also, it's fun to learn yoga on a paddleboard. Build confidence and obtain a new style if you have already practiced yoga. Love yourself.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
I want everyone to feel comfortable with coming to enjoy paddle yoga. [We cater to patrons] from beginner to advanced. It can also be a workout. Also, people will ask about what to wear: yoga clothes and a change of clothes, if they want. It's okay to fall in.
