What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our RedlineFit classes use many training variables and pieces of training equipment like landmines, battle ropes, prowlers, sandbags, and kettlebells mixed in with some of the essentials like barbells, dumbbells, and squat racks. We have the space and equipment to help you meet your fitness goals!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We don't just write a workout out on a wall and let you go off on your own. Head trainer, Chris, is there to not only help push you further than you would on your own, but make sure you are performing all exercises safely and correctly. Oh, and we should probably mention that the music rocks!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being in business for over 20 years we've learned several things that motivates us to run the business diligently and enthusiastically; watching individuals grow. Whether it's training a child in martial arts from age 5 until they go off to college or see a client drop 50lbs, what we do is rewarding

What do you love most about your job?
Like we mentioned in the above: watching people grow. We've had many success stories over 20 years.
