He was great and the venue was good too!
Flying Bach was a wonderful fusion of modern breakdancing and classical music. As an adult, I loved it. My 13 year old felt there was too many traditional elements (a lot of harpsichord) for his taste. The skill, strength, agility and ability of the dance troop was breathtaking. There was a lot of muttering (Holy cow!) during the show. We're lucky to live in a place that gets shows of this caliber.
This show was NOT what I was expecting. It was more. I loved the break dancing and comedy, mixed with Bach's music. I would definitely go see them again!
Flying Bach was amazing! we had such a great time. Comercial theater isn't one of my favorite places, but we really wanted to see this show. Drink pricing is so high...even $6 for a bottle of water! plus very tight seating, like an airplane. If flying steps comes around again, we would go back for sure. This is show I would recommend to friends.
Good seats and excellent show. Pure fun!
We loved it! Everything was awesome !
Kinda short for a production, even for small children. They could have added much more to make it better
two warm up bands was too much. Disappointed we didn't hear more songs from the Go Go's.
I apparently like his older stuff. Not the Supernova and certainly not the Ouroboros album. Left about 8 songs in. Him acoustically, solo in the beginning was ok. The next 4 ish songs that I painstakingly sat through were not my cup of tea. Apparently others had the same feeling as there was a steady exit stream at this point.
