First of note is the sparkling setting, in spaceship minimalist black-and-white, with nothing ever out of place – no spilled toppings, drips or crumbs, thank you very much. Second, there are the stellar ingredients: fruits are cut fresh throughout the day, as are candy bars. A near-endless compilation of yogurt flavors and assorted toppings can be had, and many more are rotated in frequently to keep things interesting. Sure, there’s classic vanilla, but also iced lemon pound cake, cupcake batter, green tea tart and Amazon acai tart, plus seasonal flavors like gingerbread crumbs, glazed pecan and pumpkin spice.
