There's a reason Seasons of Piermont stands the test of time, and that reason is the excellent cooking. The restaurant opened in 1987, but decades afterward it was still receiving rave reviews from the New York Times. The intimate 40-seat eatery serves french cuisine with an international twist and boasts a wine list of more than 200 varieties, making it an elegant date-night hot spot. Prix fixe menus allow diners to try a selection of everything, or they can order such decadent plates as plum and maine diver scallops a la carte.
